Structure in motion

A working language for documents, decisions and change.

01

A document changes

New evidence fills one gap in a persistent note; everything else stays.

Study 01, desktop: new evidence fills the Context slot of a concept note A dashed source stack labeled New evidence sits left; a concept note frame right holds the rows Definition, Context and Sources. Context is drawn as a dashed empty slot. During playback a fragment crosses the horizontal corridor and the slot settles into a volt-highlighted solid row; the filled state holds. New evidence fills a gap Concept note Definition Context Sources Study 01, portrait: new evidence fills the Context slot of a concept note Source stack above, concept note below, joined by a vertical corridor. During playback the Context slot settles into a volt-highlighted solid row; the filled state holds. New evidence fills a gap Concept note Definition Context Sources

02

One rule, two outputs

A shared ruleset constrains two pages through one branching trunk.

Both outputs inherit the same constraints.

Study 02, desktop: one ruleset feeds two pages through a branching trunk A ruleset frame with a volt header rule and the label Type plus spacing connects through one junction to Page A and Page B, each with its own port. During playback the transport splits into two fragments after the trunk and both pages settle from dashed placeholders to a volt heading band, solid strokes and a footer rule; the settled state holds. Type + spacing Shared rules Page A Page B Study 02, portrait: one ruleset feeds two stacked pages through a left gutter trunk Ruleset at top center; its connection reaches a left gutter before descending, branching horizontally into the left port of Page A and then Page B stacked below. During playback both pages settle from dashed placeholders to solid content; the settled state holds. Type + spacing Shared rules Page A Page B

A note accumulates

Three batches settle into three sections of one working note, in sequence.

Study 03, desktop: three batches accumulate into one working note Three dashed source batches on the left connect along three parallel corridors to the Definition, Context and Connections rows of a working note. During playback the rows settle in sequence; all three filled rows hold. Batch 1 Batch 2 Batch 3 Working note Definition Context Connections Study 03, portrait: three batches accumulate into one working note Three dashed batches on the left connect along three short parallel corridors across a clear routing gap to the aligned rows of a working note on the right. During playback the rows settle in sequence; all three filled rows hold. Batch 1 Batch 2 Batch 3 Working note Definition Context Connections
